Reliant was founded in 2015 by co-founders, Cameron Shouppe and Sean Shapiro. Their inspiration to begin our company stemmed from the absence of a high-quality, professional roofing contractor in our area. After 3 years, the company grew into the largest locally-owned roofing contractor firm in Northeast Florida. Cameron and Sean attribute all of the company's growth to the company's amazing team members within our organization. Our team's commitment to providing our clients with exceptional experience that is backed by best-in-class craftsmanship has truly separated us from the stereotypical roofing stigma in our industry. The Reliant Roofing Process

It isn’t every day you need roof protection. Managing all the details can be daunting. The Reliant team is here to make it easy for you, and we have a proven process that takes the worry and guesswork out of your project.

Introduction

Our process begins with an introductory meeting where representatives from Reliant Roofing discuss your roofing needs. This may include understanding your preferences, any specific requirements, and explaining the range of services offered by Reliant Roofing. During this step, the team will also set expectations and discuss what comes next.

Roof Inspection

Once the initial discussion is complete, Reliant Roofing conducts a thorough home inspection. This involves a detailed assessment of the roof to identify any existing issues, assess the current condition of the roof, and document findings. The team utilizes digital tools and analysis to provide a comprehensive overview of the roof’s status.

Proposal Review

After the home inspection, Reliant Roofing provides a detailed proposal outlining the recommended services and associated costs. This step involves a collaborative review with the client to ensure a clear understanding of the proposed work. Any questions or concerns can be addressed during this phase to finalize the scope of the project.

Project Setup

Once the proposal is accepted, the project setup phase begins. This involves obtaining all necessary permits required for the roofing project and finalizing the schedule for the installation. Clear communication with the client regarding project timelines and any potential disruptions is a priority during this step.

Project Kickoff

The actual roof installation process begins with a strong emphasis on safety. The team ensures that safety measures are in place for both workers and the property. Protective measures are implemented to safeguard the home during the installation process. Throughout the installation, the team conducts regular quality analyses to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Project Signoff

Upon completion of the roof installation, Reliant Roofing conducts all required final inspections to ensure that the work meets industry standards and local regulations. The homeowner is invited to inspect the completed project, and any necessary adjustments or final touches are addressed. Once the client is satisfied with the work, relevant warranties are reviewed and provided. Regular check-ins are performed to ensure the longevity of your roof.

Community Involvement

Reliant started an initiative to serve and give back to the community called “Every Shingle Heart.” Since 2017, Reliant has given 12 roofs to local families and non-profit organizations in the greater Jacksonville area. Reliant has also held several food drives and school supply drives. Reliant also has donated time and resources to the Betty Griffin Center, K9s for Warriors, Nefba Apprenticeship Program, and the Boys and Girls Club.
