I needed a new roof due to Irma. I had originally contacted Reliant roofing late 2017 but had health issues and needed to postpone the roofing project. I had also contacted a few other places but most never returned calls or leads via Angie's list and home advisor, I assume due to all the repairs that were out there from the storm. Reliant kept in contact with me during the time I had to postpone and was the only company that seemed to want my business. They did not try to get my home insurance information and were not pushy in any way. I appreciated that since one company insisted on having my insurance information and wanted to charge me what they said my roof was worth. They would not give me a quote as a customer that was paying out of pocket. Let's be real, materials should cost the same regardless of where the payment is coming from. It did take a while for them to start the project once I was ready, but that was mainly due to weather and other appointments. Their customer service before, during and after was great. I always got a response in a reasonable time and they were polite and respectful. The price was fair and overall experience was better than expected. They even sent a little "thank you" package to show appreciation weeks after the job was done.
Where I hope I won't have to have more roof work done anytime soon, if I do I will only contact Reliant Roofing!
