Let’s be honest, having a fridge filled with Thanksgiving leftovers can be really overwhelming. Make good use of those leftovers to cook up a yummy snack or lunch!

Ingredients:

  • Dijon mustard
  • Leftover dinner rolls
  • Swiss cheese
  • Shredded leftover roast turkey
  • Leftover cranberry sauce
  • Leftover gravy
  • Stuffing
  • Butter, at room temperature

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F
  2. Slice your dinner rolls in half
  3. Place your dijon, then cheese slices, turkey, stuffing, gravy, and cranberry sauce
  4. Place your top bun on top, and brush your melted butter over the top
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until buns are crispy and golden brown
  6. Let cool, slice, and enjoy!
