At Reliant, we never ask for homeowners to pay any money upfront regarding roofing services. No deposits are needed. All we ask if that payment is made in full upon completion.

We accept the following forms of payment: Electronic Check, Personal Check, Cash, Cashier’s Check, and the following Debit/Credit Cards*: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

Reliant Roofing, Inc. offers in-house financing options on all roofing options. Same as cash options and term loans up to 10 years. 60 second application and approvals! Ask us for more information.

Not only is all of our labor full-time W-2 employees but all of our employees are recruited and trained in our Reliant University training program for 8 weeks before starting work.

An Assignment of Benefits (AOB) is an agreement that, once signed, transfers the insurance claims rights or benefits of your homeowners policy to a third party. AOB’s are rife with abuse and fraud, and drive up insurance premiums for Floridians. With Reliant, you will NEVER sign an AOB!!! We work directly with you and your insurance company to confirm that your claims are being handled smoothly. We do not require any funds upfront. You and your insurance will pay in full at completion of the project for all qualifying insurance jobs.

Duration of any project, roof replacement or roof repair, can depend on the size and pitch of the roof. Steeper roofs or larger scale roofs can be more difficult than others. The average completion time is two days for residential roof replacements.

We use the full suite of GAF roofing products, which are top-of-the-line asphalt shingles that offer a variety of styles and colors to complement your home and taste. Depending on style and warranty that you select with your Client Manager, your roof can have a lifespan from 25 years to a lifetime.

During the production of the project, we schedule any necessary inspections and acquire permits for the homeowner. We assist the homeowner in gathering and submitting all necessary documentation for their HOA.

For residential roofing we install a variety of options such as: GAF Asphalt Shingle Roofs, GAF Liberty low slope roofs, Standing Seam and 5V crimp metal roofing systems.

For commercial roofing we install a variety of roofing systems such as: Single-Ply TPO, GAF Steep Slope shingles, Metal roofing systems, Built-Up (BUR)
