Would you want the cheapest doctor performing your surgery or the best-qualified doctor to complete it?
The homeowner’s insurance process in Florida has changed and now models the medical insurance claim process. This means no more negotiating with your insurance claim provider what should and shouldn’t be covered under your policy. Your roofing contractor IS the expert, and you do NOT have to shop around to locate the cheapest contractor to complete the work within the bid amount your insurance provider gave. Learn more about the process here:
This makes it extremely difficult to contact them or have them come back to repair your roof if there is a leak down the road. Learn why you should pick a close, local roofing contractor to work with your insurance provider so you can get the best service now and down the road:
Does it matter what roofer I choose?
Would you allow a knee surgeon to perform surgery on your heart? At Reliant, our specialization and niche focus is designed for you, the client! Could we chase profits and start remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, too? We could, but that is a huge disservice to our clients and their experience. 100% of our day is focused on roofing, solar, and hurricane protection, and how we can continually focus on being the absolute best for the benefit of our clients. We also focus on re-roofing existing homes and we stay away from the high volume tract building.
Do I have to use my insurance provider’s roofer?
In most cases, you have the right to choose any roofer you want. Since all roofers and insurance companies use the same pricing program we suggest picking the best roofer. A few insurance companies have provisions to invoke their right to use their own recovery contractors.
