Installation

We begin the roof replacement by stripping your roof of the old materials and inspect your roof's structure to make sure there is no rot. We will then begin installing your new roof, A new water barrier, like felt paper or synthetic underlayment, is installed over the roof deck. This is where your chosen roofing material, such as asphalt shingles, metal panels, or tile, is installed. Flashing around chimneys, skylights, and other roof penetrations will also be installed to prevent leaks.

Signoff

Metal Roofing

Metal Roofs that Last

Metal roofs will last up to 50 years when installed correctly. They are highly reflective, keeping cooling costs down better than almost all other roofing materials. Our metal roofs come with 40 different color options.

Metal Roof Options

When it comes to metal roofing systems, Reliant has options. Standing seam metal roofing offers sleek design, durability, and fewer exposed fasteners, ideal for modern aesthetics. Exposed fastener roofing is more budget-friendly, featuring visible fasteners and an industrial look suitable for commercial buildings.
Exposed Fastener
This metal roofing system is an excellent choice for homeowners looking for a more economical metal roof. The panels are fastened to the roofing structure through the panel’s exterior and directly into the roof deck or framing. The edges of the panels lap over one another. The fastener then goes through both layers of metal, creating extreme strength and durability.
Standing Seam
The standing seam roofing system is a high-end and top-quality metal roofing system. It has improved design features, including concealed fasteners. The raised seams allow for the fasteners to be covered beneath the seams, minimizing roof leaks and maximizing curb appeal.
